The HVAC Division comprises of members who hold a Mechanical Services licence or similar accreditation e.g. Refrigeration Mechanic, Split System Restricted, Certificate IV Commissioning and Balancing.

They provide services and work on domestic/commercial/industrial, installations and maintenance, heating and cooling systems, ventilation systems, HVAC, air balancing and commissioning and refrigeration.

The HVAC division also includes the Heating and Cooling Alliance of Australia (HCAA) for which members pay an annual levy of $423.50 (inc. GST).  The levy is used for marketing and promotion of specialist contractors.  Particularly advertising in Yellow Pages, Yellow Pages "on-line" and maintaining the HCAA website (currently attracting more than 30,000 visitors a year).
